We decided during the Dev-VC about automated testing, to add a library to ILIAS which enables us to create dynamic mock objects.

I would like to start the voting at the 6. June 2017 and take a final decision at the 23. June 2017.

Dear developers,
the Jour Fixe of the ILIAS Society discussed the question how to proceed
with the supported PHP versions on the last meeting [1].
To finally take the decision on the next meeting on 22.05 we need your
feedback on the issue:
Does anyone require funding to support PHP 7.1 with the next ILIAS
version (i.e. 5.3)?

If we do not get any feedback we will decide to support PHP 7.1 with the
next ILIAS release.
