Required recreation of ILIAS 10 development installations created - developers

      Dear all
I would like to inform you that any development installation created
with ILIAS 10 (trunk) before 17 July is unrecoverable broken due to
errors in the database schema and need to be recreated. Installations
already created with ILIAS 9 are not affected.
