Hi everyone!

TL/DR: trunk and release_8 use a PSR-12 based coding style now. Tooling is adjusted accordingly.

As discussed on JF 2022-05-16, I just merged the changes to our coding style to the code base:

This comes with the according changes in the tooling:

and commits that apply the change to trunk and release_8.

Please carefully watch the changes introduced via PHPStorm with this config. This might do more than our coding style requests, so maybe we need to adjust that config some more. If you observe something suspicious feel free to contact Michael or me. Thanks!
