Dear list members,
as you have maybe noticed, Composer 2.0[1] was released.
Some of our composer dependencies are not ready for the changed
plugin API of Composer, so Composer 1 MUST still be used for
all maintained branches.
The Technical Board put this topic on it's annual plan for January.
We will keep you posted about this matter.
