[ilAdmins] ILIAS Release 9.17 Important Fix

Dear ILIAS-Admins,

on January 20th the last fully maintained release of ILIAS 9 (9.17) was published. The ILIAS 9 branch is now a security-fixes only branch as announced in the JourFixe on Jan 12th: https://docu.ilias.de/go/wiki/wpage_8812_1357 In this ILIAS 9 release, however, a regression unfortunately made it into the release which had to be fixed. Please make sure to update to the latest commit of release_9 (https://github.com/ILIAS-eLearning/ILIAS/tree/release_9) in order to have a secure and reliable ILIAS 9 release.
