Dear colleagues,
we have just merged the PR with the new dependencies for ILIAS 10 [1]. This seems to be good enough for the moment [2] so we can finally work with our vetted and updated dependencies. Still, there are open problems [3] and I kindly ask everyone to look into my list [3] and tackle the problems that need to be tackled.
