Dear all
I would like to inform you that any development installation created
with ILIAS 10 (trunk) before 17 July is unrecoverable broken due to
errors in the database schema and need to be recreated. Installations
already created with ILIAS 9 are not affected.

we have just merged the PR with the new dependencies for ILIAS 10 [1]. This seems to be good enough for the moment [2] so we can finally work with our vetted and updated dependencies. Still, there are open problems [3] and I kindly ask everyone to look into my list [3] and tackle the problems that need to be tackled.

Liebe Entwickler*innen,
das Projekt ILIAS.nrw möchte das Thema Web API für ILIAS angehen. Zuerst
einmal soll es darum gehen, ein realisierbares Konzept zu entwickeln, wie
und in welcher Form eine standardisierte API geschaffen werden kann.
Nachdem es bereits mit einzelnen Personen aus der ILIAS-Community Interviews
gab, möchten wir nun einen Workshop durchführen, der sich an Personen mit
einem technischen Hintergrund richtet. Im Rahmen dieses Workshops sollen
u.a. die Fragestellungen, die sich aus den Einzelinterviews ergeben haben,
bearbeitet werden. Wir möchten mit euch u.a. diskutieren, was aus eurer
Sicht für ein Web API Konzept wichtig ist und welche technische Basis in
Frage kommt.
Daher würden wir uns sehr über eure Teilnahme freuen. Leitet die Mail auch
gerne an interessierte Personen (mit technischem Hintergrund) weiter.
