I would like to inform you that any development installation created
with ILIAS 10 (trunk) before 17 July is unrecoverable broken due to
errors in the database schema and need to be recreated. Installations
already created with ILIAS 9 are not affected.

Dear colleagues,
we have just merged the PR with the new dependencies for ILIAS 10 [1]. This seems to be good enough for the moment [2] so we can finally work with our vetted and updated dependencies. Still, there are open problems [3] and I kindly ask everyone to look into my list [3] and tackle the problems that need to be tackled.
